Concept car was built by Baney Clark, Bob Cumborford and Wayne Wallach. The owner Wayne Wallach worked for Ford motor company as a car designer. This car was presented to Lee Iacocca after completed for a concept of a Mustang Sedan Delivery Car. Lee Iacocca did not like the idea however so NONE were EVER MASS PRODUCED.

a little ![Offtopic](https://themustangsource.com/forums/images/smilies/offtopic.gif)
but i saw a 60 fairlane 500 wagon yesterday and it had the Shelby "s" logo all over it. did shelby ever do work on fairlanes? im guessing the owner just added it on for the heck of it.
that was a nice wagon though. it was an off white cream sort of color, with black vynle inside.
ok now
that 'stang wagon isnt toooo bad.... i dunno for sure if its a "real" concept or a homemade custom, but all i can say is that if it IS homemade, lets hope he was doing it to save a rust bucket and not cutting up a nice car.

I saw an article in Mustang monthly about a year ago that there was actually one concept mustang wagon made in the late 60's. I do not remember what year exactly, but they were trying to locate it. And who knows if this one is the one or if someone made it to try to pass it off as the one. I am glad that Iaccoca didn't like the idea, It's FUGLY.

It's a bogus fake for sure, the original proto looks like this:

And it was made before 66'. If this car was made when they said then the 67' body would have already been available, they would have used that.
