What engine should i get?

Ok so it's almost time for an engine. My 68 fastback's suspension is good to go. I want carb engine and I hope to get 350 hp and up out of an engine, and I wanna spend about $3500-$5000 on motor. I don't want to top out on the hiway at 130 Klm/hr. think ill be using a manual T5 tranny.
Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks dudes!

My boss had a 66 stang with a efi 5.0 out of a 92 mustang, and it was done right and looked very nice. But i do know you said you want a carb so idk? Good luck!

350rwhp is going to take a decent set of aluminum heads like trick flows, edelbrock or afrs, a decent cam wether off the shelf or custom, a good intake and carb set up along with a proper fuel system. do some searching on here and on google plenty of sbf carb set ups running around the hp you want or close to it. a stroker will do it n/a easy, won't get 350rwhp on a budget 300rwhp is doable on a smaller budget but yes sqeaking out another 50hp takes extra cash.
