Tire Stagger Question
I am going to get some new Radial T/A's for my 65, I have a question about staggering the tire sizes. Currently I have 215/60R14 all the way around. Its a 6 cylinder car so it has the original 14 in rims.
I would like to go with a little larger tire in the back and smaller in the front, but I don't know what will look good. I am thinking about
Front 215/60R14
Rear 225/60R14
Any one have any preferences? Pictures of cars with stagger?
Thanks!

The problem I see with going stagered on the same width rim is one tire will look kinda big and one tire will look kinda small. I hope that makes sense. One will over hang on the rim and one will taper inward. I'll try and find some examples and post up the pictures.

Mine is staggered. However mine rims are also different widths, not just the tires.
This set here is same size rim width, but different size tire.
My original wheels were only 14x4 or 14x5 I don't remember, so even that 215 is pushing it if so. Do you have any pictures of them?

When I bought my car, it was 215 on front, 225 on back.... (sorry no pics) but I've since replaced them and went with 225s all around.... but with 60s on front and 70s on back all on 14 inch wheels.
