Im am looking too put a 5 speed transmission in my 67 Mustang. It has a 289 with a 3 speed automatic. I am looking to use the t 5 conversion kit from mustangs plus to accomplish this. To do this conversion i think i have to switch the bell housing to a fox body bell housing. Im sure there is someone who has gone through this process so if you have can you tell me how much is involved and if the fox body bell housing is what is required that would be great. Any input is appreciatted

Thanks

I am doing the same thing but I am going through Modern Driveline they really know their stuff. It may be a good idea to check a couple of places too.
