A year ago I did an complete suspension rebuild using stock componets. I replaced complete upper and lower control arms, busings, linkage, and tierods to kill the really loud squeak. When ever the sound came back during that year I would just hit the grease fittings with some grease and that took care of it. But now it will not go away and louder then ever :bang: . When I go down the road people are diving for cover for the sound is horrible. What do I do to kill it and I'm not replacing the susupension I just did that. Any info would help. . THANKS!

Did you use urethane bushings or rubber? If you used urathane you are going to have a squeek, it is just the nature of the beast. However it can be a very little squeek, i myself have urathane bushings and have minimized squeeking by using teflon tape around the bushings as well as a teflon lubricant. And if you have rubber bushings, all i can say is put on those greese fittings and greese the heck out if em. hope this helps some

You need to find the source of the squeak - a can of WD40 will help you find the squeak by temporarily lubing it. Did you replace the spring perches? They are often the source, while the a-arm bushing takes the blame....

Grease the upper control arms and make sure you are getting some in there. It takes patience and you can't try to force it in becuase it will spill out and make you think it is full when it is not. Patience grasshopper....
