The August issue of Mustang and Fords has a nice feature on the wild and rare Shelby's.
On the Cover is a favorite, I had forgotten about the Quarterhourse.

(...And I think that might be Cloney's FB on page 64--The Park City Pony Trail story?)

Should be out in the news stands/bookstores in a week or so.
I've got a subscription, so I usually get it in the mail before you can buy it.
Around here, most of the new magazine are put out in the stores on Tuesdays.

Sure enough! That's me!

BTW, did anybody see this month's "Mustang Monthly". Has a REALLY good article on Weber carbs. New writer - written from the "regular guy" point of view, not like an "info-mercial". on that one!!!

Can the terms "Webers" and "regular guy" be used in the same sentence?

Note: I purposely used them in two seperate sentences.

Actually, that's part of what I liked about the article - the guy actaully talked (and complained) about prices and "unexpected" expenses.

Hey, that might be a good poll - Webers or a Paxton? About the same money, probably better performance from the blower, but more sex appeal with Webers....

And here I am, just finished complaining about not having recieved mine in the mail in another thread.

Looks like a good issue. I hope the "Wheel Selection" article isn't another Torq Thrust lookalike contest this time. Even though I have them, I'm getting tired of that being the only cool choice. Someone should check and see if Bob's Hopsters are in there.

Bob, I read and liked that Weber article too. That guy has a great writing style. Oh, and for the record, anyone who blows that kind of cash on induction and doesn't come away with a boost guage has a screw loose.

LOL, there will probably be an interview with the pothole that "customized" that one in the September issue.
