Shock Towers

So I need to replace both shock towers on my 67 coupe. Apparently someone at some point of time decided to torch both shock towers on both sides in order to get to the grease fittings.

So my questions is approximately how much in labor would this cost? I have already priced the parts.

Thanks!

I had the same issue with mine. If the towers aren't too bad just weld in metal where the holes are.
