I find it ironic that after all the suing he's done that he didn't get permission to use the name beforehand. Reap what you sow.

I've heard stories over the years about ol' Shel being sue-happy; but I'm not sure of any clear-cut examples. I think he and Ford went round and round over the Cobra name, didn't they? But what are some of his other squabbles?

He sued the major replica builders, he even sued AC claiming rights to the bodystyle etc. And though it was thrown out of court he had a lawsuit against Mark, something about infringing on Trademark ...
