Quickest way to sand?

Hello everyone. I'm working on my first project car, a 67 mustang coupe. I was just wondering what is the most efficient way to sand the cars frame down to bare metal. I'm planning to repaint and protect the frame and I'd like to work smarter, not harder.

Quickest is either media blast or aircraft stripper, but *PLEASE* have high quality breathing apparatus and plenty of ventilation... that stuff is ***nasty***... both of them.

It's a little vague on what you're doing... it would greatly help if you were to give us more details... such as are you going to go with a bare frame/rotisserie, or are you doing this with the car intact and on jack stands or such...
