did you guys see his expression in mirror? it didn't change much at all through the whole thing, and then he calmy puts the car in park and turns off the ignition and unstraps himself from the harness. me thinks he has done that before

Yeah he was barely fazed, guess he didn't actually pay for the car either. So was it the axle that broke then? My god, he barely got started for pete's sake. I'd hate to be on a busy highway when that happens.

I got the general feeling that car put out a LOT more horsepower than the average car... I doubt that car was overly "streetable".

What gave you that general feeling? Instrumentation? Air Show? Car sounded a bit plugged up for a drag queen. With the right bolt-on suspension/engine mods, 5.0s' can push the front end up and still be streetable.
