Need Some Engine And Brake Advice

so i have a 67 mustang convertible with the 289 and auto trans. The motor won't hold battery so i was going to order a new starter and alternator and then maybe do the Edelbrock Kit from CJ Pony Parts. Then i need to do a power brake conversion kit also.

http://www.cjponyparts.com/289-302-e...kit/p/EDL2091/

I need recommendations on brands and/or kits for the brakes and where to get a good alternator and starter setup from.

Hi there

I'm using the SSBC conversion brake kit on mine, I have a 67 convert with a 6cylinder/auto, this kit fits the front spindles and upgrades to a 5stud wheel pattern, you will not need that bit the kit seems good, 4 piston callipers, power booster, kit comes complete, google SSBC they have several kit options
