hi there folks, i recently got my car to actually run really well!! yay, but the first time we took it out, gas was leaking out of the sides of the rusted gas tank sooo im getting an epoxy kit to fix that up, but any pointers would be nice

i put in a new fuel pump, its a carter style i think? and i was looking at my shop manual and it seems those are for the 289s......mines an i6, and the recommended fuel pump is a diff style, will it hurt me to have this fuel pump...?

im getting new shocks, gabriel guardiens, can anyone testify to the decentcy of those.....?

and same for a battery, what would be best, mines dead.......?

can anyone tell me anything about dual circuit brake systems, and their pros/cons/prices.........?
i think thats about it.........im getting seats and drip rails when i have some extra $$$

so, thanks for answering my questions if you do, i really appreciate it.

as for the gas tank spend 100 dollars and buy a new one!

as for the pump, use whatever the parts store sell you these are very basic mechanical items that work or dont so if you install it and it works your good!

as for the battery use a optima gel cel i use them in all my cars very good batterys

as for shocks, well its not under alot of performance STRESS its a 6 cyl. any name brand will be fine!

duel resovior brake systems are far safer then single!

I want to do a break job myself.....the best route I think would be to get a booster and dual reservoir. I want to get front disk, but its just too salty
