Interesting that this car is considered this valuable. From reading the auction it doesn't look like it won any races in 69. If this car is truly worth a million bucks what does that say for the Parnelli Jones driven Bud Moore cars that actually won races in 69 & 70?

People with this kind of money to drop 7 figures don't have that thought process. this is one of 3 cars produced so the niche is very small.....

I guess that's why it is so expensive. Because it's so rare.

It would be great to find something like that out in a barn huh? That would really be worth restoring! Even if it cost $100,000 to restore, you turn around and make almost a million dollars on it!

Yes, I would also.

The video at the bottom of the page on the OP link was pretty interesting. It showed a view out the dash as the car went around the track. Pretty cool.....
