I'm thinking about using 1 inch memory foam with cotton batting and burlap on the front and rear seats of my 68 Mustang Coupe. I'm wondering if anyone else has done this and how if turned out?

I've looked about... I don't see many being done like that, really.

I think that, after using it on the beds and such, the problem is they don't really come back after a while. AND, they sink too much in the first place.

So you'd have to use a double thickness of Memory Foam to make it work, OR maybe a 1:2 regular foam:Memory Foam ratio... as in cut the regular foams in half, then glue on a double thickness of that cut off half in memory foam.

Then somehow stuff it all into the seat upholstery. The memory foam will squish down some, but still let you have the effect to a certain degree. Perhaps some sort of plastic wrap you can maybe take off after it's in the seat or something...

At least... that's what I'm thinkin'. Be interesting to see if it worked 'straight'... But I think it'll be too mushy, myself.
