The instrument lenses on my 72 convertible are not at all clear.
I know I can get replacements but how difficult are they to replace ?

Thanks in anticipation !

Fairly easy to replace - probably 30 minutes "work" with a screwdriver, plus an extra 30 minutes to allow for "while I'm at it" extra cleaning work...

Thanks....I did already take out all the screws I could find around the instrument panel, and while the top came forward a little it wouldn't release around the steering column at the bottom and I was reluctant to force it.

By the way I am at somewhat of a disadvantage as this is my first Mustang (72 Convertible) and I am in the States while visiting from the UK, so I do not have access to all my usual tools......now if there is a classic Mustang owner in South Texas (Rio Grande Valley) who knows their way around these cars, that would be great !!!
