351ci came with 2 outfits. 1 was a 2 barrel, and 1 was a 4.
Only the Clevelands came with 4's, while both the Cleveland AND the windsor could come with 2's. The 4 barrel cleveland motor (M-code) was rated at 300 HP with 380lb-ft of torque. It also came standard with an 11.0:1 compression.
I don't have any info off hand about the 2 barrel.
