Help Identifying a Part

Hi everyone, brand new here. I have a 1966 Mustang I6 200 that I'm just getting started on. I've replaced most of the lines and hoses but I'm having a hard time identifying the line pictured. I've highlighted the area in red.

Could someone tell me what the technical name is so I can order a new on? Thank you all!

It does have power brakes. There seems to be coolant coming out of the hole when I start it though. The pic I used is not my carb. Mine is missing the piece all together.

if it has coolant coming out it must be a port for your heater system .. but you may have that running under your carb .. if you say the tube is missing it probably was never there to begin with .. ive` seen some just now on google with a plug in that spot ..

The line shown is the vacuum line that would go to the automatic transmission and/or brake booster, if so equipped. If your car is running right you must have manual trans. There should not be coolant coming out of that hole. As someone stated earlier, there is a coolant passage in the carb spacer, but that has 5/8" heater hose attached to both sides.
