I am actually glad to see this, it puts my rusty project in a different light...

Maybe this car is a fine candidate for a coupe to fastback conversion parts car...

A lot of guys need a roof and/or perfect for someone wanting to convert a coupe. It's a legit thing to sell and the price really is not that bad.

It's rough but in todays market he should sell it to someone.....just goes to show down the road though guys to be VERY careful when buying a car and make sure it is not a coupe with a fastback roof.

If he hadn't pointed out that it still had the VIN (and a J-code) on it then I wouldn't be suspicious.

J Code is 302? Not really that big a deal unless you wanna bring a 6cyl. up to spec. But in this day and age if you buy a 4 lug J code it's your fault

I understand your concern now.

J-Code for 1967??? Actually it is a 1968 (rear 1/4 side marker and wood grain dash). Just goes to show that not everybody on ebay knows what they are selling. Or, maybe they do Is that a 2bbl in the background with headers???

the only problem i see is the part "i will sell it without the vin and tags" for 700.00 dollars, 150 less than the buy it now, but i will say when i was at the daytona car show there was a person who used to own a junk yard and was selling titles and vin #'s of all makes and models, and beware she was selling a handfull of mustang titels and tags ( 10 or more) to a mustang dealer i personally know by sight and previouse dealings, he joked and said he was getting them incase he had any cars with Title Problems. :bang:
