Does anyone have a guide sheet for converting your hose " to AN sizes?

I need to do my heater hoses, and radiator hoses. Heater hose is 5/8". Not sure how big the Radiator hose it at the moment.

Basically, the dash numbers are the size in 1/16's of an inch. For example, a -6 would be 6/16" or equivalent to a 3/8" hose. -12 = 12/16 or 3/4", etc...

 

Well than you! -10 would be for the 5/8" and I will figure out the radiator size later.
