Can anyone help me? Was the color on the 1969 Boss 302 hood Flat Black or was it a normal Black? Also were the spoilers Flat Black or normal Black? They looked like they were Flat Black but I want to know for sure, just a personal thing.

I'm pretty sure they were more of a semi-gloss black instead of being completely flat.

It should also have a slight texture to it. Ditzler has an exact match to the factory appearance. Unless doing a concours restoration or planed driver/show car though it is also worthy of noting that the biggest flaw in this mix while it does serve a a specific non glare function on the road is a female dog to wax around as even the smallest amount on a flat textured surface will be a nightmare to remove. I even once accidentlayy washed my car with a cleaner that had some wax built in, and I spent a week with a stiff brush trying to remove all the white haze. Because of this many have gone to a semi gloss non textured version for ease of daily maintanence alone.
