Cobra II Color Options
How many color combinations did the Cobra II (Not King Cobra) have?
Here are the ones I can think of:
White/Blue Stripes
White/Red Stripes
White/Green Stripes(Regional-Colorado?)
Black/Gold Stripes
Blue/White Stripes
Any others? I have heard of a White/Orange Stripes? I have also heard of a Yellow/Black Stripes.
Just wondering.

my dad had a cobra II with this color combo, with t-tops and everything back in '84
he was going to drop an engine in it, but something happened and he couldnt finance it anymore, or the mechanic he was talking to messed it up

That is a '78 Cobra II correct, but not the 'King Cobra' package . . .correct.

Thanks, I took it out for it's virgin (power) run the other day. I stopped drpped it into low (auto trans) and brought the RPM's up to about 1500 and the hammered it. The tires broke free, so I backed off, shifted to second and dropped the hammer again, the tires continued to spin but worse! The smoke boiled out and my brother (with me) was like WHOA!!! It finally hooked up and we were off like a shot! The chase car (a modified trans am) could'nt keep up and was left in the dust. I was like...
lol anyway just had to relate...
