I've had 3 emails this week looking for info on where to find clear turn signals / parking lamps for 65/66 Mustangs... It's really MUCH easier than you think - just order turn signal lenses for a 64-1/2 Mustang. Most ANY of the major Mustang Parts vendors (NPD, M+, MU, M-Depot, etc.) will have them - they run ~ $4.95 per lens.

On certain colors, the clear lenses will have a cleaner appearance than amber. Other colors may look better with amber. At least you have a choice. To stay 100% legal, you have to run the amber bulb behind a clear lens...

May want to check if there's a new policy at Club Photo ... all I'm seeing are ads for 25 cent digital prints.

Found out hat I had "expired".

Seems that my service provider's new email spam filters may work a little TOO well! Pictures should be back live shortly.

Bob, until you got those I had NEVER seen the clear covers......64 1/2 or not. My car isn't a good example because all my front sheetmetal had been replaced at some point with later pieces and had the amber lenses. I think the clears look good with the white on your car but I'm not sure it'd work with my burgandy.

I found them in the NPD catalog. $5.95 each-"for early 65 and export".

People are asking because it's like RICE for classics.

Shouldn't this be in the "For Sale" section?

Face it, you're posting classified ads in the Main Forum. "Justify" it however you wish, but it's still a classified ad. Clutter and garbage like this remind me how much better this place used to be. Oh wait! No never mind, that was somewhere else... :bang:

As long as they don't offer Atezza's for Classic Mustang, we are cool

That's the problem with these message boards, it's always so hard to tell if someone is serious or kidding, you know? Good thing we have those smiley things.

Altezzas by any other name still go good with eggrolls.

My original 64.5 doesn't have clear lenses either. I wonder what the real history is behind them.
