Wow way to ruin a good thing. The motor is sick though.

What is up with the 67 fastback.....I mean, I guess its a pretty sought after car, but everytime a company wants to build a classic mustang, they do the 67 fastback...the eleanor thing kinda started it.....but that was just supposed to be a "modified GT500" for the movie.....untill they replicated it for sale, now we have the ring brothers, CDC, Roush reactor,.etc...its so popular, Dynacorn even made a body so stuff like this can keep happening......Its getting out of control I think.

Awsome choice Wolfsburg!!!!!!!!!!!!! Me Too! I'm just hoping all this dynacorn stuff just helps the value of the authentic 67's and 68's. You will never see mine as an Eleanor. Down the road when a full restoration is closer to a reality, I may do a Bullitt. Whatever I do with mine in the future you can bet it will retain it's classic, stock lines, grill, bumpers, etc.....

I remember seeing pics of your beautiful fastback. My dream Mustang would be a nicely optioned '68 GT fastback, but it seems like it's impossible for me to find an affordable one in decent condition. I guess I'm either going to have to continue being patient and hope one comes out of the woodwork for cheap, or hope I get a good raise.

My favorite is the '66, but that's just me.
I saw at least 2 Twisted Specials there, CDC had one also, with the glassback roof. They've redesigned the back end of the glassback, it blends to the back window better now, doesn't drop off like previous versions. I didn't get a picture of it though.

This car would have done better with a standard Ford grill correct for the model year.
The front kills it and the rear should have Mustang letters accross it, but the rest looks good, I hate the hood also.
Just my thoughts......

Personally I like the 67 body style. If I could afford one I'd buy it. I'd have to change that front end though. Maybe a chrome billet grill and some chrome razor wheels like on my brother (milstangs) ShelbyGT. Just not 20" for a classic looking 67. I do love that interior though.
