Hey guys,

I've total 68 coupe I'm wanting to attach the front bumper on, but the guy that owned the car b4 me cut the head off one of the passenger side mounting bracket bolts. Due to the size and location I'm wondering if anyonecan recommend a tried and true tapping method or bit recommendation for this job? Thanks
