Black GT350 Vert.

A friend of my brother claims to own, or that his father owns, a black 1966 GT350 convertible. Does anyone know where the 4 66' verts reside now? I called him out on it, because I highly doubt that he really does have it.

Well, anyone know if there is a black GT350, and if there is, do you know where it resides now?

Thanks!

There were four built: 6S2375 was green, 6S2376 was yellow, 6S2377 was red (Carroll owns it), and 6S2378 was blue. Serial numbers 6S2379 and 6S2380 (supposedly pink and white) were never built, and those #'s were never used.

Well he showed me a picture today. It's just one with a lot of Shelby peices on it. It, however, is definitely not a real GT350 Vert though, as we all assumed.

He still claims that it's a Shelby though... Sigh, some people...

I'll see if I can find it on his Myspace or something. The picture he showed me was just a film picture, but we'll see.

I guess there's a reason he's the site owner. How does Brad know all of this, my goodness. Your wealth of knowledge amazes me sometimes.

I actually got an email with this information in it not two weeks ago. I've learned 99% of the Mustang stuff I know from members of this web site.

Thanks for the website, I just read all the way through it. Surprised that there were official recreations. I would expect that to solely bring down prices on the originals. Not that there are very many more now than there were before.
