Welcome to TMS Matt (2bav8)!!! Noticed this was your first post here!
Yours turned out really nice. IIRC, that's the "whizco" aluminum panel, and you had to do a bit of "tweaking" to get it right? Sure turned out nice with the woodgrain accent.
I'm using a gauge support LIKE THIS ONE, with Autometer Phantoms, and a 65 GT "camera case" (no woodgrain) bezel... One of these days, I'll have it all together for some pictures, but should be similar to this...
I only needed 5 gauges, since I have the Shelby pod already:

Jay,
I went with different gauges because I already had the 4 smaller ones and only had to buy the speedo and tach. I'll probably up grade the 4 smaller ones eventually, but my budget didn't allow for it right now. Hmmm, maybe I can E-bay them.
I used wood grain because I have pony interior. Could have painted it black, but then it wouldn't have matched my glove box door
Bob, you're right! It is a Whizco bezel... Took a lot of effort to make it usable, not to mention the 6 months to deliver :notnice:

I'll have less than $100 wrapped up in the Shelby pod, brand new dash bezel, & backing plate, plus space for 7 gauges instead of 6. Since this assembly uses an OEM dash bezel, it fits and looks like OEM as well. Sure, JME is nice, but I haven't seen one under $100 yet. I've got other projects that can use the $$$ saved.

In fact, earlier in this thread, I specifically stated "Not interested in paying hundreds for a JME/Haneline bezel, when I can buy the Ebay piece for <$40"... :bang: :bang: :bang: What's so hard to understand? Failure to read or write usually gets people flamed.
instead of spending all that money on a clone get a real shelby.
