My Phantom Autometer gauges showed up today and I am stoked!
5" Tach
5" Mechanical Speedomoter
2 1/8" Fuel gauge
2 1/8" Oil Pressure.
I still need to order the temp gauge and voltage gauge. I saw a new pillar post for 69's on Ebay that can house those two nicely.

I can't wait to get the dash cluster going.

I am going to buy the Wiring Harness next week and the new AFR 205 heads after tax return in a few more weeks. The 69 may actually ride again this summer!!!!

Oh and by the way, after looking at ecery witing harness out there. EZwiring is the way to go. Thanks to those who pointed me there before I paid way too much for a painless kit.




oh yeah, I also got the pushrod length checker. This ought to be interseting...I will keep you posted.

 

I'm about one week behind you... Just need to sell a couple more sets of stainless bolts to cover this mod without the wife knowing... I picked up another 150 bolts on the way home tonight, for new auctions starting tonight & Sunday night... Anybody who wants to deal direct, just PM me.

Where'd you buy your gauges? Summit seems to have the best deal, as most of the Ebay crowd is HIGHER priced. I did send an email to one Ebay store looking for a 5-gauge "package" deal - we'll see what he does...

The Phantom gauges are awesome looking in person. I am very happy with them. Except it will be next week before I get to actually work on them.
