auto or manual
i hate red anything, it's bad luck for me. my stang was red for a while in hihg school (cheapo paint job) and i parked it on a curb at 50 mph. then i had a red toyota pickup, it caught on fire and burned up the interior. next was a red 76 capri, that i got from my dad when he lost interest, he had a motor put in it and the guy didn't tighten any bolts and lost the hood hinge plates. i was driving along right after i got the car to get some hood hinge plates at the junkyard and the hood flies off the car at 40mph, just a little dent and scratched the paint on the new paint job, then a couple weeks later the engine mounts fall off, took out the oil filter and filter adaptor when it dropped, no biggie got that fixed, then it overheated and cracked a head pulled the engine apart and the uneducated bum that built the motor had one original round port head and one late model 2.8 rectangle port head on it, i lokoed for a month and couldn't find another round port head finally gave up and bought my next red car, a 78 mustang which i ended up having to put a new rearend in after about 3 weeks, so i traded the capri to guy who had an 8" rear out of a pinto wagon got it in then the tranny went out, drove it for about 2 months with no incident then the timing belt broke and bent all four intake valves, so i get that fixed and drive it for about 2 weeks, then some dumb girl decide to park her honda in the middle of the street with the lights off on a rainy night and i smacked the back of the car, messed up the right front on mine and i got sued because she got whiplash, fortunately for me she lost. then about 6 months later i get the front end fixed and get some other little things done at another shop, woohoo the car is back to perfect again and i mean perfect, it was a low mile car to start with and the original interior was beautiful the outside of the car was gorgeous and i had added some old ET turbo fan wheels and blacked out the hood boss 302 style and added a gt stripe to the rocker, it really was a gorgeous little car, so anyway i had a few little things fixed at the shop close to work, when i got off work i picked the car up at the shop and started towards the tire store for 2 front tires, the last thing on the list, i left the 4 way stop and got T-boned by a 40' flatbed that ran his stop sign doing about 40 mph in a 30 mph zone. that was the last red car i will ever own, they're bad luck :bang:
