'68 fastback update

I haven't posted in a while so I figured it was about time for an update. I have most of the car dissasembled, but still have a few odds and ends to remove. This car is in great shape, it even has the original paint under the fugly 70's repaint. This probably kept most of the rust away. Here are some pics of it as it sits now. Anyone need a complete 6cyl drivetrain?

A really solid car, with the exeption of some surface rust and the battery tray area.

Trunk and inner quarters are good, minor surface rust.

The cowl side panels are in great shape, I still have check the vents underneath though.

Floorpans are great, gonna need a little patching though.

Actually, I'm gonna have it media blasted once I get my rotisserie fabbed up. I love the original lines and style of old mustangs so the car will be original in regards to styling. The drivetrain will be updated pro-touring style. Well, I call it vintage-touring because I want the engine to look period correct for a 60's/70's hot rod. I'm still very much in the planning stage, but here's what I've come up with so far:

Ford Racing 392 stroker crate motor (475hp)
Keisler Engineering TKO500 5spd manual swap kit
Strange 9" crate rearend
RRS stage 2 front strut conversion
Power discs all around (undetermined)
Randall's rack n pinion setup (power or not undecided)
16x8 and 16x10 Magnum 500s
GT badges and emblems
power windows, locks, alarm, and whatknot
nice system w/ hidden speakers and sub
shelby style rear seat delete panel w/ mounted spare

I'm undecided about the color combinations, I'm leaning towards either:

Wimbledon white w/ black standard interior
wimbledon white w/ original two-tone turquoise int
original tahoe turquoise w/ black standard interior

well, I do have a lot of work to do
