Anyone see that Black 67 Shelby GT 500 on the Barrett Jackson Auction this week? $260,000.00 it ended up going for! An absolutely beautiful car!

Ummm... That's a re-run of last year's auction. It sold for the same amount then too.

This year's Scottsdale B-J auction is January 25-30.

Bob, you'd think you'd get a discount with the car being a year older and all. . . .Just like Day Old Bread!

I hate to say it but I think BJ is up to something fishy. Everytime I see the Black 500 it sells for that same price also, and I've seen it on regular cable, sattelite and On Demand. Totally different days and time too. Could it all be fixed?

No biggie - I bet I've seen 2 dozen posts this week on various forums about B-J auction cars from TV...

They should have a warning on the screen somewhere - but then nobody would watch if they knew it was a repeat!

I watched it for 2 hours last week and didn't realize it was repeat until someone mentioned it the next day.

Real nice looking car. Announcers said the guy was hoping to get 125K for it. I bet he was real happy with the selling price.
