I have a p/s v8 66 coupe--is there any easy, cheap way to convert to manual steering? The power gives no road feel whatsoever. Any upgrades out there?

replace the centerlink and pitman arm with their manual counterparts, and you should be OK. I did this when I removed PS from my 67, and I dont think the 66 is significantly different.

I think the inner ends are different between P/S and maual steering. I don't know if you will need to replace them or not.

I don't know of any sites but go to mustangsplus.com and they can hook you up. The part that you need is not expensive and they can give you a step by step of what you need to do. They have great stuff there.
