I wonder how much my fastback will bring in. I have over 30k into it. Any ideas? The serials don't match, but it is in near perfect condition.

 

Way too many variables to say. So much differs between wether it's in the driveway with a 4 sale sign, local autotrader, or on ebay. In an area that gets spring fever or where they grow on trees. Tire kickers, bidding wars, the buy and sell process is crazy and all about timing these days, not actual value. Best ball park you could see a realistic 25k all the way up to 50k under the right circumstance.

 

i would say around 20k-25k. Have it apprasied.

I just listed mine for $22k. Really nice and fast driver. Some excellent parts and a pleasure to drive. Not perfect car. check out it's listing at

and see how it compares to yours. Maybe I'm asking too much or too little, maybe you are..... I'm shooting for $22k, likely I'll take a little less. Like your I have around 30 in it, but I've also driven it for 12 years.

If I had bought a new car 12 years ago for 30, today I couldn't get 10.

Very nice car eric! you shouldn't give that up unless you really have to. I still kick myself for giving up my 65 and it was only a 6 cyl notch.

Put it on Ebay! I've sold several cars on ebay including my 67 fastback. brought 23k. Theres always somebody who will pay what you want.... I've found that if your buying you should lookat the smaller listings like the local paper it what not.... if your selling, big markets like Ebay or Classic Car Trader

 

I wouldnt let it go for under 23K or so. but.. ummm

I don't have to get rid of it, but it sits in the garage day after day. Between my harley and my 07 gtcs my weekends are full. I used to take it out to shows but my wife hated it. She loves ridding in the hawg much better.

I think you could easily get over 20k, especially on ebay, but I wouldn't ever let that car go. It's gorgeous!

 

There are so many variables when it comes to placing a value on a car. I would say the range on this would be $15,000 to $40,000 depending on all of those variables.
