1968 Hood

1968 Hood

Hi guys, I may have a line on a nice 68 Coupe for my wife. The car is straight and has a little rust but nothing major. It will be going to the body shop for a repaint and minor repairs. The hood does not have the turn signal scoops. I do want to get at least that hood for the car before it goes in. Will this hood just bolt on?
Also will the 68 Shelby hood bolt on or do I need to swap out the front fascia and fenders to make it work?

I know that the turn signal hood will fit right on. I'm not so sure about the Shelby, hopefully someone else can help you there.

The shelby hood is longer, i don't think it requires new fenders but defintely new fasica and head light buckets. I think you can buy just the signal scoops and modify the existing hood instead of an all new one too.
