From what I understand it is Midnightmist Metallic Blue (the origional coded color). Most of the Mustang guys I run into seem to agree, but it looks a little light as I remember the Midnightmist looking a bit darker. Having never seen another Midnightmist Mustang in person I really don't know. It seems in all of the pictures I have seen the Midnightmist Blue seems to be a bit darker. Still it could just be the light in those pictures. BTW any NOLA guys here?

Reminds me of "Pepsi Blue" a popular shade about 10 years or so ago. Sorry Pak, that's not in even close to Viper Blue...

Hello all,
New to this forum, looks like a great one. I have a '68 coupe in which I restored a year ago, but work continues on it, have quite a few projects I am working on this winter. I hope I can contribute to this forum in the future.
Hey Bob, (GT350Clone) do not know if you remember me, we met at CF4, congrats on your magazine article, you do have a great car!

hello,
i am returning to the mustang fold. last year i bought a '73 mach 1 that i am presently modifying to suite my tastes. it is an "H" code car that was aready upgraded with 4V heads when i got it with a mild cam, Edelbrock performer intake and Demon 850 carb. i have swapped the FMX with a toploader and am putting in Hooker super comp headers this week. i have switched out the '73 Mach 1 grill, lower valence, and bumper for '71 pieces. this summer i am going to repaint and switch the stripes to '71-'72 stripes. the car is up on jackstands in the garage and there isn't any room to get any decent pictures of it yet. i should be able to get some in next two weeks.
