Heres my 67 that I want to do as little to the outside as possible and make it resemble the Stang in the last scene of Gone in 60. Want to add side scoops and decklid and leave them appearing as bare/white fiberglass. Its already old red oxide primer so I have a start. Its an S code, but have a 351W with Crane fireball cam to drop in it.

'73 convertible now in the paddock

Just picked up this '73 convertible. It has 351 2-v, auto, p/s, pwr top, front disc brakes, ram air hood, and urethane bumper. Has a little rust but what convertible this old or any Stang this old doesn't. Odometer shows 69K miles but surely it has rolled over. PO owned for 14 years and hated to see it go.

8 months and a couple of dollars later...

You can scroll back a page and see my "before" pics from early October. Just got the wheels and tires on and the interior completed so though I might post some "after" pics. As with all of our projects, they are never really "done" but I think you might see some differences...

While I might not be able to beat out my brother Rocketfoot, I bet I could give him a run for his money at a show...

Can you all see the Mustang Source sticker on the back window?

Whats the rear visibility like out of the '72? Between the high bumper and the spoiler, I'd say not much!

who cares when you're in that car, everything behind you is irrelevant

Thanks for the kudo Guys.

I was always taught, what was behind you was losing anyway...

Actually I have some visibility but it is limited. No bother to me as I drive with side mirrors. I have a CDL and have driven enough vehicles with no rear windown that it really is normally not an issue. Unless the car behind has rotating lights on it...
