Ford Europe video puts a new spin on Mustang story

For 50 years, it’s been the history around the Mustang that’s helped make it such an American icon.  The car’s legacy has been the subject of countless books, documentaries and TV specials. And yet, each new piece of information detailing the Mustang’s development over the years seems to give us a different appreciation for the car.

Take for example a new YouTube video posted by Ford Europe called Ford Mustang: Evolution of an Icon, which features 50 years of the Mustang design story edited down into 100 seconds.

Promoting the car’s Dec. 5 global debut, the video puts quite a unique spin on the Mustang’s story.  The clip also suggests that the push to give the next-gen Mustang more global appeal will likely give the car a much more high-tech feel when behind the wheel.
