For those that just replied:

I can have them make some more, $26 for a set shipped priority shipped, $44 two sets shipped, $62 for 3 sets etc. That is a few dollars more then cost for full disclosure but it will cover my costs of doing this. Anyone else add on and I will call it in at the end of the week. Still a good deal as the dealer cost is $30 a set that need to be drilled out and they are not stainless (I think).
Scott,

If you are still taking some final orders this week can you put me down for 1 pair of 1/2 inch and 1 pair of 5/8 inch if that's possible.

Thanks

The owners manual doesn't show jack points, where do you jack with a floor jack and place stands?

Gonna add that for those worried about drilling the holes larger go get a Uni-Bit. I use them all the time in the shop. Hardly ever use a regular drill bit any more.

Not cheap but they do last a long time.

And I prefer the sound with no disks.

I didn't jack mine up to remove the disks. It was a little tight but not too bad.

This should be good for jacking points, be careful not to put your arm in between the jack when reattaching the rocker bolt while underneath, it is easy to do and you see what I mean when doing it. If the piston ever gives way....

You will need to go just a bit forward from the jack point in the picture but that is fine, no damage worries, the rocker bolt is near the jack point in the picture. Otherwise loosen the rocker bolt before and after but that will make it a little harder to adjust. Make sure the adjustment band on the side pipe has clearance from the floor or it will rattle.

It is best to get a rubber pad for the jack, you can get them anywhere, I ordered one from harborfreight tools and it works great.

The second picture shows how to install the Boss 302 exhaust discs. You remove the three bolts circled.

Sure, shot me a PM with you address and I will add you in. Just a thought but if you want two you may want to consider 1/2 and 3/4. I never tested 5/8 but that should be close to 1/2. 3/4 is not overly loud and to me the best overall sound. It is up to you but something to think about, you may understand the differences, I am keeping 3/4 and 7/8 for mine same size difference as you asked for.

Here is the pad I have, I also use the pinch weld up front (if that is what it's called), since it is hard to even get a low profile underneath. One last thing Harley make sure you get the jack pad at least half way in or more to avoid any damage to the plastic rocker molding, it is pretty resilient but still better to be careful.

No need to jack the car to remove/change the discs. I just drove the front wheels on to two 2x4's and there is enough room to access the bolt and nuts. BTW, my discs are out and no replacements are in my future.

Got my discs today! They look great. When I hold them up to my ear I can't hear any difference? Doh. Probably need to try them on my car if they'll ever ship it!!

Let us know how it sounds. Are you going to pull the plates for your track day? There is supposed to be a slight bump, <10, in hp from the reduced back pressure.

I've had my discs out already. It's too loud for me, even for track use. I don't care for the "Jake Brake" sound on compression. I just need enough to gauge rpm through my helmet.
