The woofer speaker on my driver's side is not working

I just got home from driving and when I put my ear to the driver's side woofer speaker there is no sound coming out of it. The passenger's side is working fine. I'm talking about the big circular speaker located below the other speaker on the door. When it comes to the settings I have base and treble turned up while fade and balance are in the middle. I tried "driver's seat", and "all seats" on the settings and the base speaker still does not work. I have a 2012 GT premium with the shaker 500. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem? or should I bring the car in for service for like the 4th time.

I think I remember another thread where a subwoofer wasn't plugged in from the factory. Either that or the speaker blew already.

There's a video on youtube that will show you how to take the door panel off. It's not very difficult, but If I were you I'd probably just let the dealer look at it.

Edit: now that I think about it, you can remove the plastic triangle door sail and easily see if the subwoofer is plugged in. OK it may require a flash light but I think you should be able to see it, and it would take less than a minute to check. The piece just pulls straight out. The subwoofer connector is near the top.
