Engine bay updates with plated tanks, t-stat housing, & intake tube!

After seeing the plated tanks on Obofglob's car and trying to keep my polished tanks looking decent, I decided to make the investment and just get them plated. It took most of the winter to finally get it done after having some issues with my PS tank, but it was well worth the wait. I had the coolant tank, PS tank, t-stat housing (cleaned up with all the surfaces ground down smooth), intake tube, and brake reservoir cover all plated.

I never liked the silicone intake tube that came with the E-force and after searching around for some options along with having to return several that did not work, I found this tube from Spectre. They make an entire line of modular intake tubes in various diameters and angles. Once I found the right one, I sent it along with my other items to get plated. I have a FRPP CAI sitting in the garage and as soon as I can get in for an updated dyno this spring, the stock airbox is getting retired.

Now I can't wait for spring to finally arrive so I can finally drive her again!
