Cracker Barrel Serves up a Mustang Giveaway Online

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store has just launched a new sweepstakes where clicking “like” on Facebook or “follow” on Twitter could win you one of the Ford pony cars.

To register for the 2014 Ford Mustang Sweepstakes participants simply need to go to http://www.crackerbarrel.com/fordmustang.  Contestants can increase their likelihood of winning by 51 chances by liking Cracker Barrel’s Facebook page, following the brand on Twitter, opting to receive text messages and emails, and inviting friends to enter.

In addition to the Mustang, Cracker Barrel will also give away gift-bags, which will likely include a few of the garaged-inspired Ford Mustang pieces sold at the store.

“Cracker Barrel has always been about serving up home-style meals and experiences rooted in tradition and nostalgia,” said Brad Wahl, vice president of marketing for Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. “And what’s more a part of Americana than the Ford Mustang? It’s the perfect match and a great sweepstakes.

Well, Mr. Wahl you won’t get any argument here from us about the Mustang being an important part of Americana.  And those “Wholesome Fixin’s” you guys have been serving up at Cracker Barrel aren’t bad either – especially that Buttermilk Fried Chicken Breast.

In fact, you might want to include a few gift cards for the restaurant in the glove compartment of that new Mustang. We can’t think of a better incentive for a cross country road trip.
