A Stretch ’66 Mustang?
Of the absolutely “don’ts” in the world of Mustangs, this might rank at the top of our list.
A find on Ebay has turned up a limousine version of a 1966 model of the Ford pony car that seems more fitting for an episode of the sixties Munsters TV show than any serious car collection. But hey, that’s just our opinion.
The stretched Mustang, first discovered by the auto site Hooniverse, appears to be in decent condition (all things considered). Power is supplied by a 289ci V-8 engine under the hood matted to a C4 automatic transmission. Practically everything in the car is stock stuff from a ’66 Mustang except for the rear seat and suspension, according to the report.
We can’t wait to hear your comments on this one.
