Few classic Mustangs are as cool as the 1968 California Special, AKA the GT/CS with its unique blend of SoCal influence and Shelby touches. They were a low production car from the start and these days you’d be hard pressed to find one locally. So it’s awesome when a passionate owner ignores the naysayers and runs their rare car on a closed course. This GT/CS is a brute, running bottoms 10s at 130+ mph and lifting the wheels in the process. Awesome!
