new to me 2007 gt vert

May be a dumb question but what is the best way to launch an automatic? Car is stock. I guess what I'm asking is power braking OK? How much is to much? Etc...

Put it in gear. Stomp on it. Leave.

Of course, if you have overwhelming power and the wheels spin and burn tire, then stomp less heavy so it bites, then leave.

You *can* power brake, sure, but only to about 2000 or so. Hold the car back while the engine is ready to surge, then let off and stomp. Might save a couple of tenths.

Just go practice. You'll find the best way:
