My wife is trying to decide if she wants fender emblems on her V6. IMO, it does need something..... So if you've installed the tri-bar pony, "MUSTANG", Mustang script, etc.... anything different, please post pics! I need ideas.... Thanks guys!

Well for a while I had these on my cars fenders:
I figured it was appropriate given that a lot of folks agree that the 05 Mustang was released during the 40th anniversary of the Mustang FASTBACK. I've since taken them off and replaced them with:
Since I'm proud to own a 4.0 I figured why not tell the world.

Get in touch with Thomas at Think 3D, and he can get you a set of 281s custom color matched for you car. He's also created a chevron to go below it if you're wanting just the numbers without the tribar pony.

There have been a LOT of poeple wanting that emblem really bad!! The website has them listed for $70 a set and has the original style numbers as opposed to the "sunken" ones in the above pic. (1st pic)
2nd pic is an original 65/66 emblem. Third one would look great behind a custom 281 emblem.

Thread's over 8 years old, so you may not get an answer. Here a link to a site where I had some made, you can get pretty much what ever you want as long as it's doesn't have a copy write on it. I had a set made similar to the plastic Shelby ones I had on the car, but not the same wording. As it turned out I never put them on because I had vents put in the fender instead.
