Cold feet on lowering springs

As the title says, the closer I get to lowering my car the more nervous I am. I have koni strts (orange), gt500 strut mounts, and steeda ultralite lowering springs ready to go on the car.

My concern comes from the spring. I don't know if they'll be low enough. I want something at least like the eibach pro kit stance. I can't go any lower bc of my CDC aggressive chin though (or I wouldn't feel comfortable going lower)

Any recommendations, pictures, advice, etc? I've looked at others pictures and google image searches, but it just seems like they only start to get the gap gone. I want it to look lowered, not "how it should have been from factory"

I've looked again at eibach pro kit. Every picture I see of it looks exactly like what I want, but the lowering measurements look close to identical. Any ideas?
Also looking into the h&r race springs. Would they be overkill for a daily driver looking for a lowered stance and close to factory ride quality? I've noticed their spring rate is much higher than the others.

Here is mine on American Muscle's SR lowering springs. They are the same as the FRPP K springs 1.5" all around. I also have STR.ts and GT500 mounts.

I used Eibach sportline on most of my Mustangs, the drop measured 27.5" from the ground to the fender lip and on my 2013 I used an off brand made locally with the same drop different spring rate

Anything would be an improvement over stock springs. Just do it! You'll be glad you did.

I know I know. Haha you guys are the worst peer pressure.
I've been researching and there is a guy who has sportlines and the CDC aggressive. He says you just have to plan ahead and drive it like a lowered car. I know how to drive low cars so in my mind I'm trying to convince myself to do sportlines.
I've already planned them for the next mustang, but why not get them now and just have them for the next car right? Or at least decide I don't like them (though I'm sure I'll love them bc I'm all about slammed and the sportlines are on all my favorite cars)
How is the ride for everyone on sportlines? This will be my daily driver and I've got the koni strts (orange) with gt500 strut mounts. I've heard a lot of stories about getting the camber in spec with camber bolts. I don't ever drive the car hard so I don't anticipate getting new lcas, uca or brackets for either.

You will be siting about 1/2" higher than the prokit , I'm running pro and my cousin ultralite, same car, both 20" rims, same tire size, install at the same time and that's the diff in height. Is mustang runs smoother then mine, but with 2 people ( 110 pounds each ) in the back seat the differential hit the bump rubber, the same 2 kids in mine no problem. The prokit is a progressive spring, so it get stiffer with add load or weight transfer.
As for camber, nothing to replace, only a very small alignment correction on both car.

I like the prokit since it wouldn't require me to replace much. But at the same time I'm really loving the sportlines

Some of those are too low IMO. Makes the fender curve out of whack with the tire curve.

That's a good point cdynaco. Most of the cars that look good with sportlines have 19" or 20" wheels. Hmm... Any sportlines on 18"s?

Just to bad i don't have any pictures of mine lowered with the oe 18" wheels, i didn't like it, so i aded 13mm spacers, it changes the entire look, make it more agressive, it was very nice.

I've been thinking about getting wider wheels. Hmm we'll see. Just debating now between eibach pro or sportline. Surprised none of the am or steeda guys have chimed in

Looking back up to the picture of your car, with your chin spoiler, I'll forget the sportline, way to low. I'll choose the ultralite just to be on the safe side, and it will be much nicer then original.

That's what I thought at first, but the ultralite won't make the car look the way I want it. I've decided on at least pro kit lowering kit.

You're gonna be happy with them, don't go lower because your front chin gonna rub for sure at one time or another and you will need camber plates or bolts, plus those STR.t wont be at home with more then 1.5" drop.
Here's a side shot of mine with the prokit, I'm running 255/35/20 = 27.05" and yours are 235/50/18 = 27.30 so a bit bigger, the wheel/fender gap will be closer.

From one convertible guy to another, that stance is perfect. I'm absolutely doing sportlines on my next car though.
And that was going to partially be an excuse to get the sportlines - they might cause me to hurt my front fascia at some point, and it'd allow me to get the cs front fascia

Still surprised no sponsor have chimed in. Anyone know the process to return springs to steeda?

And what dampers go well with sportlines? Koni yellows or tokicos (something adjustable)?
