While our own experience in the EcoBoost Mustang left us wanting much more seat time, the performance index of that car could be a bit better. Thankfully, we have Ford Racing. And according to them, the EcoBoost is about to get a serious increase in torque.

The new EcoBoost Mustang is certainly getting put to the test. In fact, it would be easy to think it’s the only new Mustang being offered based on all the buzz it’s getting along with questions on how it really measures up.
There are going to be some Mustang fans who aren’t going to like the new model regardless of what people say about it, and to some degree, I get it, but I still think Ford nailed it.
With this EcoBoost Mustang, Ford is looking to grab some of the tuner crowd’s money and the attention of millennial buyers, and you know what? They should be.
