Wow! Is that for real????????

Where on earth did you get the photo........I didn't think it was being revealed until tonight!!

FWIW, that's a good looking backend and I like the light treatment.....not so sure on the central exhausts. Any more photos?

So… the only similarity I see is that the taillight surrounds and decklid panel are black. Anything else?

Frankly, I think that GT350 design is terrible. Anyone who says that *** end looks better than the alleged "full diaper" of the stock GT needs to punch their own eyeballs out.

See the problem ismy stuff gets stolen by the big wigs with very very deep pockets. They would bury me in legal fees and beleive me I can't afford it on any level.
Although I can atleast say I've been there designed that....5 years ago!
Talk about late to the party.

of course I would expect nothing less of this company

I definately like this 1970-style tri-bar tail light setup better than stock.

thanks Gary
Yeah I think reverse lights are an afront all things cool but you have to have them but that's not reason to draw attention to them.

Shelby GT350 package features
  • Ford Racing supercharged 5.0-liter V8–producing 500hp
  • Ford Racing springs, struts, sway bars, and adjustable caster/camber plates
  • Blue Shelby GT350 valve covers and billet caps
  • 6-piston (front) Baer brakes
  • ERADISPEED rotors (rear)
  • Brake cooling ducts (all 4 corners)
  • 19” modern Cragar wheels
  • Goodyear performance tires
  • 6-speed manual transmission
  • Center-exist exhaust by Borla
  • Functional hood & side scoops
  • Shelby GT350 front fascia, tail light trim, front splitter, read deck lid filler panel, and rear fascia
  • A-pillar gauge cluster for fuel pressure, oil pressure, and boost
  • White paint with blue Le Mans striping
The entire Shelby GT350 package is a post-title program. What this means is a customer simply purchases a car from a preferred Ford Dealer which is then in turn, transformed into a GT350 by the Shelby American Team. Limited production numbers are set for the 2011 model year, so rest assured owning a Shelby GT350 will be a quest for the few. So what’s final price point for all this Shelby goodness? An additional $33,995 on top of the purchase of the base Mustang GT. Gulp.

... and you'd think Shelby would have utilized the Halibrand (style) wheels too. Instead they went with "those"...
If you're going to get your ideas stolen, the thieves should at least have the "decency" to do it right. FWIW, if a company out there can produce a retrofit rear end kit for the 2010+ that closely resembles your 'chop - I'd definitely be in line for a new 5.0 GT. (Just needs a smaller fake gas cap badge, not a fan of the "championship belt" sized ones Ford has been using lately. )

Doug.........just spotted this reply on the Team Shelby forum (it's not you in disguise, is it?)

"Amy,
It looks like there may be room on either side of the license plate on the tail for a couple of verticle reverse lights, just a thought"
