Shooting Brake Mustang Super Snake One-Off in the Works

After hearing rumors of a Shooting Brake GT500 Super Snake in the works heating up the web, it appears that Strand Craft is actually welding away on the plans.

The company, which revels in a world of cool car renderings, has confirmed that a one-off variant of the extended-body Ford Mustang Shelby will be made as a showpiece in collaboration with a Los Angeles based customizer, according to a CarScoops.com report.

Kurt Strand, president of Strand Craft, said the car will be “a 2014 GT 500 Super Snake Shooting Brake… wide body kit, station wagon style,” according to the Carscoops report.

Apparently, Strand is holding off on naming the company they’ll be collaborating with on the build.  But from the looks of the concept we’re betting there were more than a few shops vying for the gig.
