Shelby Performance Wants to Beef up your Mustang

The one likely to get the most attention on the street is the Shelby 1000 hood.  The custom piece, which was designed to give the Mustang a more menacing look, will fit any 2010-2014 Shelby GT500 and 2013-2014 GT or V6 models of the pony car according to Auto Evolution.

The hood will comfortable accomodate a 4.0-liter Shelby/Ford Racing/Whipple or Kenne Bell supercharger, notes the report.

There’s also a new hydrocarbon engine cover for the 5.0-liter Coyote from the 2011 to 2014 model years available in 13 different accent colors based on existing exterior Ford factory paints.

The list of new parts being offered by Shelby also includes a new battery changer and maintainer that features a number of performance enhancements. The company is also selling a collection of 36”x72” banners with designs featuring a number of GT500 models and the Shelby Super Snake for those who’d like to prominently display their love for Mustangs.
