Project Save a Fox: Mustang Charity Raffle Build
Latemodel Restoration (LRS) is at it again, but instead of releasing the latest parts or finishing a sweet build, they helped Southeastern Foxbodies (SEFB) put together one amazing Fox Body Mustang that was raffled off with proceeds going to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Victory Junction Gang Camp and Savannah’s Drive.
It’s been a year in the making since SEFB started with nary a shell, but the finished product is nothing short of perfection! Thanks to a .030 over 351 with TrickFlow 185cc CNC heads, stage 2 cam and intake manifold the charity Fox threw down 341 hp and 345 lb-ft at the tires. Some of the parts that Latemodel Restoration donated include a Ford Racing World Class T5 transmission, Ford Racing aluminum driveshaft along with a full SVE 5-lug conversion with Cobra brakes and 31 spline axles. If that’s not enough, LRS also stepped up with a full rear-end rebuild with Ford Racing 3.73 gears and a posi along with a Ram clutch. TMI Upholstery donated a pile of interior parts like Fox-body specific 03/04 Cobra seats, custom door panels and plenty more upgrades.
